PARKING One of Wayside Commons’ most important amenities is the convenience of accessible parking. In order to make the most of this customer draw, we require that the parking spaces in the three main parking lots (upper and lower) be reserved for customer use. Employees are asked to park in the Employee Parking Area at the rear of the center. We recognize parking may be one of the challenges at Wayside Commons and expect that parking will be tight during the promotional events and holiday seasons. Property management will develop contingency plans, which may include the use of attendant parking, and overflow parking lots within the neighborhood. Please emphasize with your employees from recruitment to team meetings that their support of employee parking and alternative commuting directly correlates to the success of your store in achieving your sales goals. OVERNIGHT PARKING If store employees find it necessary to leave an automobile in the parking lot overnight, please inform the Management Office. Wayside Commons will not be responsible for any vehicles left on the property overnight. DELIVERIES Deliveries are restricted to times before or after the center hours. Delivery vehicles may not impede traffic. The management office must approve deliveries which will extend into Center hours. MERCHANT MEETINGS Meetings will be scheduled periodically for store managers, personnel and Management to meet in an informal forum to discuss retail trends, sales, marketing programs, emergency preparation, and other issues that the group deems important. Merchants will receive advance notice for specific dates. |
