Mr. Grady has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, and has been responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions for national retailers including Albertsons (Shaw's/Star Market), Lowe’s, Wal-Mart, CarMax, and ExxonMobil. His special expertise includes creating and executing excess property sales strategy, store deployment strategy, and complex, multi-layer negotiations.
