KeyPoint Partners Closes Eight Investment Sales Transactions

Jonathan Aron, Vice President of Investment Sales, and his team completed the sale of eight properties throughout New England. The properties total approximately 440,000 square feet, and consist of shopping centers, mixed use, and single-tenant buildings in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Connecticut. The aggregate sale price of the individual properties was in excess of $30,000,000.

The properties include Shaw’s Plaza, a 121,660 square foot shopping center in Providence, Rhode Island; Norfolk Commons, a new development anchored by a 14,409 square foot freestanding Walgreens in Norfolk, Massachusetts; Lakeview Shopping Center, a 36,250 square foot neighborhood shopping center in Dracut, Massachusetts; a 5,610 square foot building fully leased to Sleepy’s and Supercuts in Salem, Massachusetts; 8 Brookside Road, a 3,25 acre parcel with a 40,000 square foot cold storage facility in Westford, Massachusetts; and a 6,889 square foot Advance Auto Parts, in Groton, Connecticut.
