KeyPoint Partners Signs ReStore Lease in Tyngsboro, MA
KeyPoint Partners has negotiated a lease with Habitat for Humanity ReStore for a 16,800 square foot retail space at Tyngsboro Crossing, Tyngsboro, Massachusetts. Vice President of Leasing Don Mace negotiated the transaction on behalf of the landlord, according to Robert Lemons, Managing Partner of the firm.

Tyngsboro Crossing is a 137,000 square foot shopping center in Tyngsboro anchored by JoAnn Fabric and Dollar Tree, and featuring Outback Steakhouse, Payless Shoes, Lady Grace, Fantastic Sams, Dunkin Donuts, and a variety of local tenants. The center is shadow-anchored by a 12-screen AMC Theatres, and shares signalized access with Pheasant Lane Mall. There is a 24,890 square foot corner space available at the center as well as several smaller in-line opportunities, including a 4,140 square foot end cap. ReStore is expected to open later this year.
Habitat for Humanity ReStores are nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers that sell new and gently used furniture, home accessories, building materials, and appliances to the public at a fraction of the retail price. Habitat for Humanity ReStores are proudly owned and operated by local Habitat for Humanity affiliates, and proceeds are used to build homes, community, and hope locally and around the world.
