KeyPoint Partners to Lease Former Shaw’s in MA, NH: handling leasing of multiple locations and sale


KeyPoint Partners, LLC, has been awarded the contract to lease multiple vacant former Shaw’s Supermarkets locations in New England, and to sell a parcel of land in southern New Hampshire, according to Robert Lemons, Managing Partner of the commercial real estate services firm. Vice Presidents of Leasing Rob Grady and Don Mace and Senior Associate Michael Branton will handle the assignments.

The available spaces range in size from approximately 48,100 to 68,700 square feet. All serious inquiries will be considered. Properties for Lease are as follows:
