KeyPoint Partners Leases to Rumford Pet at North Kingstown Crossing

BURLINGTON, MA (today)— KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has negotiated a lease with Rumford Pet for a 7,883 square foot space at North Kingstown Crossing, a retail shopping center in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. KPP Vice President of Leasing Don Mace represented the landlord in the transaction.

North Kingstown Crossing is a 77,670 square foot shopping center at 1300 Ten Rod Road (Route 102/4) in North Kingstown. The center is anchored by Stop & Shop. Other tenants include Starbucks, Verizon, Bank Newport Keller Williams, Rhode Island Power Yoga, and Vanity Cleaners.

“Rumford Pet is a quality operator with local roots that is building out a beautiful new store. The shopping experience for customers at North Kingstown Crossing will be greatly improved once the store opens,” Mace said.
