BURLINGTON, MA (today)— KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has been awarded an exclusive leasing contract for Meadow Glen, a premier Wegmans-anchored power center in Medford, Massachusetts, according to Robert Lemons, managing partner of the firm. KPP Vice President of Leasing Don Mace will handle the assignment.
Meadow Glen is a highly visible, newly-renovated 300,000 square foot retail center located on the Mystic Valley Parkway (Route 16) in Medford, with convenient access from Route 28 and I-93. The center is occupied by a 116,595 square foot Wegmans supermarket, which generates tremendous daily foot traffic. Wegmans is complemented by four additional national anchors: Marshalls, Petco, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Kohl’s.
“Meadow Glen, which was recently redeveloped to accommodate Wegmans and Dick’s Sporting Goods, is a prized urban core power center serving Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Medford, and surrounding communities,” Mace says. “The center is programmed to generate long-term value, and we hope in the near future the northern parking lot, which is not currently utilized, will be developed for additional value.”
