KeyPoint Partners Negotiates Sale of Center Plaza, West Bridgewater, MA

KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has negotiated the sale of Center Plaza, a retail property in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. KPP Vice President of Investment Sales Jonathan Aron represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.

Center Plaza is a fully leased 12,847 square foot shopping center located at 4 South Main Street in West Bridgewater, MA. The asset enjoys a stellar location at the signalized intersection of routes 28 and 106. Tenants include ATT, Crystal’s Kitchen, Zorba’s Pizza, Macy’s Liquors, West Nail Salon, and Harbor One ATM. CVS, Dunkin Donuts, and Cumberland Farms are located on the complimentary corners.
