KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has negotiated the sale of a newly-constructed Aldi at 1090 S State Road 7, a retail property in North Lauderdale, Florida. KPP Vice President of Investment Sales Jonathan Aron represented the buyer in the transaction.

1090 S State Road 7 is a 1.83 acre site located on heavily-traveled State Road 7 in the primary retail corridor serving Western Broward County. The asset enjoys a stellar location that shares a traffic signal with Home Depot.
