KeyPoint Partners Negotiates Gymja Warrior Lease In Peabody, MA

BURLINGTON, MA (today) — KeyPoint Partners (KPP) negotiated a lease with Gymja Warrior at Route One Marketplace, Peabody, Massachusetts. Vice President of Leasing Don Mace represented the landlord in the transaction. Gymja Warrior will open a new store in a 11,345 square foot endcap at the center.

Route One Marketplace is located on Route One in Peabody, in a strong retail corridor that includes Costco, Home Depot, Latitude Sports Club, Golfer’s Warehouse, Harbor Freight Tools, RMV, and many others. Other tenants at the center include Bradford Carpet One, Namco, Crossfit 128, and Mass Bay Hockey Center.

“Gymja Warrior is a nice complementary use to the existing tenant mix at Route One Marketplace”, Mace says. “Gymja will benefit from outstanding storefront visibility from Route 1 and 95. Demand for space at this center has been high over the past year. With the recent addition of Bradford Carpet One and now Gymja Warrior, the center is 100% leased”.
