Assistant Parking Manager
Join the area’s premier commercial real estate service firm. Our Boston office at 1135 Tremont Street is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented college graduate with an interest in property management. This position reports and works under the direction of the Parking Manager.
The Assistant Parking Manager is responsible for the daily and monthly audits and set up of parking management and routine maintenance issues related to portfolio. Individual works in tandem with the Parking Manager, accounting team, leasing, and facilities staff to provide a full range of timely services to tenants and clients. Duties include research and resolve parking inquiries from clients. Maintain client database for monthly invoice distribution and collection of payments from tenants, companies, and institutions. Assist with event coordination, communications to tenants, and additional projects as assigned. Regular on-site inspections of properties to identify and resolve parking related issues.
Individual must prioritize with minimal supervision, work independently and as part of a team. Works well under pressure.
Requirements: College Degree with 3-5 years of commercial and/or retail property/parking management experience, administrative skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, basic accounting skills.
Computer skills: Excel, Word, Access Database, ability to learn SQL Database.
