Robert K. Lemons Managing Partner, joined KeyPoint Partners in 1999. Mr. Lemons has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and management of the firm. He possesses over 35 years experience in the real estate industry, serving clients in the New England and mid-Atlantic markets. Prior to joining KeyPoint Partners, he was the Partner in Charge of Spaulding & Slye Colliers’ property management business, responsible for strategic planning, business development, and the delivery of quality service to investor clients. Mr. Lemons is a graduate of Babson College (B.S. and M.B.A.) and has the CPM and RPA designations. He is a licensed real estate broker in several states, and is a member of BOMA, ICSC, ULI, REFA, NAIOP, and IREM.

Brian Kelley is a Partner and the company’s Controller. Mr. Kelley joined KeyPoint Partners in 2001, and has 30 years of industry experience. He oversees KeyPoint Partners’ Accounting and Construction divisions. As the head of Accounting, he is responsible for ensuring that KeyPoint Partners’ accounting systems support company operations; enhance the company’s financial reporting; and develop decision-supported financial analysis. Prior to joining KeyPoint Partners, Mr. Kelley worked in the development division of Corcoran Jennison Company. He was also controller at Boston Financial and Berkshire Realty. He is a graduate of Bentley College (B.S., Accounting).

Robert T. Hayes is a Vice President of Property & Asset Management with over 30 years of experience in property management. He joined KeyPoint Partners in 1996. His prior positions include three years with Recoll Management as an Asset Manager, four years with H. N. Gorin as the Director of Property Management and six years with The Codman Company as a Property Manager. Mr. Hayes holds a B.A. in Education from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Mr. Hayes is a Certified Property Manager and is a member of the BOMA, NAR, ICSC, IREM, ULI and NAIOP. Bob is a licensed real estate broker.

Ms. Busconi joined KeyPoint Partners in 2000. As a KeyPoint member for over 20 years, Ms. Busconi has a wealth of office and retail property management experience. She manages assets for both small family trusts and institutional clients. She was named BOMA’s Property Manager of the Year: Retail/Industrial at the 2002 BOMA awards celebration. Prior to joining KeyPoint Partners, she was employed at New England Management & Realty Corporation. She is a member of BOMA, the ICSC and an Economic Development Board member for the Town of Newington, NH.

John M. Kane is a Vice President of Property & Asset Management with over 33 years of experience in all classes of commercial real estate in both the Boston and surrounding suburban markets. Prior to joining KeyPoint Partners, Mr. Kane spent 30 years at Spaulding & Slye and Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr. Kane attended Newbury College, receiving a degree in business management, and Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology, where he focused on HVAC and mechanical operations. Before joining KeyPoint Partners, Mr. Boiardi spent eight years at CrossPoint Associates, Inc., and prior to that he was employed by Spaulding & Slye Colliers. Mr. Boiardi has a B.A. in Economics from Framingham State College, and is a member of the ICSC, NAIOP, and BOMA.

Vanessa A. Yamashita is Vice President of Property & Asset Management in the Burlington, Massachusetts office with over 17 years of industry experience. Before joining KeyPoint Partners, Ms. Yamashita worked most recently at Colliers Arnold, where she managed in excess of 1,500,000 square feet of retail properties, including overseeing the construction of tenant build-outs and new construction. For KeyPoint Partners, her current portfolio has her overseeing properties in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, New Jersey and most of the New England states. Ms. Yamashita attended Jacksonville State University in Alabama, and is a member of the ICSC.

Prior to joining KeyPoint Partners Mr. Serrano was an accountant for Symes Associates, a real estate development and property management company in Beverly, Massachusetts. Donna Rinaldo is a Vice President of Property & Asset Management in the Maryland office. Ms. Rinaldo brought over 15 years of industry experience with her when KeyPoint Partners hired her to open its newest regional office, providing retail property management services to the Metro-Washington, DC area. Currently, Ms. Rinaldo and the Maryland team manage a portfolio of 41 Giant Food properties totaling over 3,100,000 square feet. She is a member of ICSC and holds a District of Columbia PM License.

Heather Tremblay is a Vice President, Property & Asset Management, with 28 years of real estate industry experience. Prior to being hired by KeyPoint Partners in November 2016, Ms. Tremblay worked at Finard Properties for her entire career. Ms. Tremblay is responsible for the 610,000 s/f University Mall in South Burlington, Vermont, the state’s largest enclosed shopping center. She oversees all areas of services provided at the property, including management, construction and leasing. Ms. Tremblay holds a BA from the University of Vermont and a Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Real Property Administrator designation. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is Vice President of the South Burlington City Center Collaborative, Past-President and current Vice-Chair of Operations for the Vermont Retail Association and board member of South Burlington Business Association.

Jonathan Aron joined KeyPoint Partners as Vice President of Investment Sales in 2010. Mr. Aron is a specialist in the sale of shopping centers and single tenant net leased investment properties. He has more than 30 years of real estate experience in brokerage, corporate real estate, tenant representation, and also as a principal and developer. Mr. Aron has completed more than 400 sales and leasing transactions during his career. He has worked extensively throughout the New England and New York commercial real estate markets since 1982. He held the position of Director of Real Estate for Rite Aid Corporation from 1984 to 1988. Mr. Aron holds the degrees of Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in MA, NH, and RI.

Donald Mace, Vice President of Retail Brokerage, joined KeyPoint Partners in 1995. His experience encompasses retail throughout New England and New York, specializing in grocery-anchored shopping centers and new development leasing. Mr. Mace has completed hundreds of retail lease transactions with retailers such as Lowe’s, Wal-Mart, TJX, Stop & Shop, Roche Bros., Big Y, Staples, Bed Bath & Beyond, CVS, and many others, representing institutional owners as well as regional and local clients. Mr. Mace is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts - Boston with a B.S. in Economics. He is a member of the ICSC.

Robert A. Grady Vice President of Retail Brokerage, was at KeyPoint Partners from 2015-2018, and returned in 2021.. Mr. Grady has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, and has been responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions for national retailers including Albertsons (Shaw's/Star Market), Lowe’s, Wal-Mart, CarMax, and ExxonMobil. His special expertise includes creating and executing excess property sales strategy, store deployment strategy, and complex, multi-layer negotiations. He has a B.A. from American University, and is a member of the ICSC.

Chris Cardoni Marketing Manager, joined KeyPoint Partners in 2001. His primary responsibility is communicating the KeyPoint Partners brand. Mr. Cardoni is responsible for all corporate marketing and public relations, including the design and execution of all promotional materials, and the development of internal and client oriented communications. Before joining KeyPoint Partners, Mr. Cardoni had 12 years of experience in marketing for area retailers, including Hitchcock Furniture, Bradford Furniture, Tile City, and Lingerie Factory. He has a wealth of hands-on experience as a writer and art director for print, TV, radio, direct mail, and web marketing. He has a B.F.A. with Honors from Massachusetts College of Art, and is a member of the ICSC.

Arlene Lanza, Human Resources Manager, joined KeyPoint Partners in 1998. In her years at KeyPoint, Ms. Lanza has continuously assumed more responsibility, having joined the firm as part-time Payroll Administrator. Ms. Lanza is responsible for managing and facilitating the smooth operation of all human resource and payroll initiatives. Prior to joining KPP, Ms. Lanza worked at W. R. Grace & Co. for 20 years, rising to the position of Payroll Manager. While working at Grace and KeyPoint, Ms. Lanza also worked as a Time Management Consultant for a private firm, training various companies’ management teams and staff to use their office space and office-related computer applications in a more efficient manner, with the goal of improving workers' productivity and efficiency. Ms. Lanza is a graduate of the Burdett School of Business. Her educational credits include accounting classes and many payroll, human resources, and managerial training.
