Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Work with Property Management, Leasing, Accounting teams, clients and tenants to provide a full range of timely services related to assigned properties. Assist Property Managers with administrative tasks and additional duties as needed.
Reports to Property Managers
Individual must have 1 to 2 years of administrative work experience. An understanding of real estate or property management environment a plus. Individual must have excellent customer service, strong communication skills, outstanding computer and accounting skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software a plus. Applicant must be able to multi-task, work independently and in a team environment. Individual must be able to interact throughout company on all levels, along with clients and vendors.
