We are currently seeking a bright, organized, detail oriented and multi-talented Property Manager for our office located south of Boston, MA. Responsible for the day-to-day aspects of property management & maintenance issues related to a retail portfolio. This individual works in tandem with the Owners, the accounting team, leasing, facilities staff and construction to provide a full range of timely services to tenants and clients.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree and 5 years of commercial and/or retail property management work experience. Applicants must possess exceptional communication skills, outstanding computer and accounting skills, able to multi-task well, work independently and in a team environment. Must be able to prepare realistic budgets and able to understand owner's perspective. Prior commercial real estate experience a must with a solid foundation in property management and a general knowledge of landscaping specifications, HVAC systems and electrical systems.
