Summary: To be a contributing member of the property management team capable of independently initiating and completing projects, while supporting the execution of the property management program and business plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Tracks insurance certificates for accuracy, expiration and limits. Works with vendors and tenants to correct any errors.

Vouchers invoices for payment and works with vendors to correct any discrepancies.

Tracks tenant sales reports and percentage rent billings.

Assists with lease abstracting.

Monitors tenant receivables and follows up with tenants as needed.

Maintains central files and keeps Company database(s) current and accurate.

Screens telephone calls, arranges conference calls, answers questions and takes messages in a professional manner.

Performs site inspections as needed.

Assists with monthly and quarterly financial reporting as needed.

Assists in budget process.

Coordinates tenant notifications – fire alarm testing, holiday notifications, etc.

Assists with mall marketing campaigns, social media and events.

Provides administrative support to team members as needed.
-
Acts as liaison to tenants to maintain good relations via email and direct contact.
Reporting Relationship: Reports to the 2 Property Managers
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree required. Prefer exposure to commercial real estate profession. Two to three years of related experience a plus.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to compose basic business correspondence.
MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: Not applicable
COMPUTER & MATH SKILLS: Must be computer literate. Microsoft Office and accounting background preferred.
BUSINESS SKILLS: Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and work well independently.
