KeyPoint Partners Negotiates Sale of Brighton Storeblock at 2-20 Tremont Street

BURLINGTON, MA (today) — KeyPoint Partners (KPP) represented the seller and procured the buyer in the sale of 2-20 Tremont Street in Brighton, Massachusetts for $2.5 million, announced Jonathan Aron, Vice President of Investment Sales for the firm.

2-20 Tremont Street, built circa 1930, is a single-story building with approximately 5,600 square feet of retail storefronts and a small freestanding residential apartment, located in the middle of Oak Square in Brighton. Tenants at the fully-leased property include restaurants and services.
