KeyPoint Partners To Manage South Cape Village - Mashpee Retail Center Added to Management Portfolio

BURLINGTON, MA (today) — KeyPoint Partners (KPP) managed property portfolio continues to grow with new Massachusetts retail assignment. KPP will manage South Cape Village, Mashpee, MA, according to William Lawler, Partner & Director of Property & Asset Management at the Burlington firm. KPP client Ares Management awarded the contract.

South Cape Village is a 141,251 square foot village style shopping center anchored by Roche Brothers Supermarket, HomeGoods, and Marshalls, located at the Route 28 and Route 151 rotary in Mashpee, Massachusetts, a well-known shopping destination for all of Cape Cod.
