KeyPoint Partners To Manage VA Center For SJC Ventures

BURLINGTON, MA (today) — KeyPoint Partners (KPP) managed property portfolio continues to grow with new assignment from SJC Ventures. KPP will manage Midlothian Depot, a newly constructed, 87,363 square foot Whole Foods-anchored retail center in Midlothian, VA, according to William Lawler, Partner & Director of Property & Asset Management at the Burlington firm. KPP’s Bowie, MD office will handle the assignment.
