TARGET MARKETS: New Hampshire, Vermont
PREFERRED SIZE: 25,000 - 40,000 SF (target 30 - 35K) 16,000 SF BTS prototype
REQUIREMENTS: Recessed loading dock HVAC - 1/300 (replaced if 10 years or older)
Tenant allowance (negotiable) Frontage - 150’
PREFERRED DEMOGRAPHICS: 50,000 people within trade area.
