Indoor Pickleball Chain Will Open at Endicott Square
KeyPoint Partners (KPP) negotiated a lease with the nation’s premier indoor pickleball venue The Picklr at Endicott Square, Danvers, MA. Vice President of Retail Brokerage Don Mace negotiated the transaction on behalf of the landlord.
The Picklr will open in a 36,192 square foot building formerly occupied by Bed Bath & Beyond. Endicott Square is a 56,275 square foot center centrally located on Endicott Street, between Routes 128 and 114 in Danvers. Tenants at the center include Quest Diagnostics, Salem Five, and Advance Auto Parts. A 3,812 square foot in-line space remains available for lease.

That's great news for Danvers! The Picklr sounds like a fantastic addition to Endicott Square. It's always exciting to see new recreational options popping up in the area. It almost reminds me of when I first discovered Poptropica as a kid - a whole new world of fun and competition opened up! Hopefully, this will bring a lot of activity and community engagement to the shopping center.
